So I screwed up again. This time I can't be blamed, or can I? I initially went to go to sleep for my 8:00 nap on schedule. I set my alarm extra loud and my eyes close. I wake up and I am on the couch and it's 12:19, 10 minutes before my next nap. How clever can my body be? I have absolutely no recollection what so ever of waking up, changing sleeping places or anything of the sort. What a piss off.
No matter, this is still a shorter nap than if I would of slept, so slowly we are still making progress. I just fear that I will not be able to get into the sleep pattern before I go to home for Christmas.
