Post Numba 5!

So this afternoon during my 4:00 nap I had a nightmare. I wasn't quite asleep, half-way between awake and asleep. I awoke to hearing 6 or 7 different voices carrying on in my head that were rather annoying. I was immediately frozen by a black wolf and it felt like my brain was being split as described by my friend who apparently has had this happen while he was awake before. It was possibly my worst paralyzed moment yet. This was not induced by sleep cycles though, just a regular nightmare. These types of mental "problems" happen almost every nap/sleep and is another reason why I am taking polyphasic sleeping. This inbetween period of awake to sleep will be removed almost completely.

I just had my 8'0 PM nap. I forgot to set my alarm when I went to sleep and I had a full hour of sleep instead of only half an hour. This nap felt like I acheived over 3-5 hours of sleep but really I only had one. Very quick dream that I can't remember so that's kind of good. I do like dreams, but I also, like not having dreams. I can't even remember if I slept in earlier today lol which is horrible.

A note about 5HTP. I took about two pills by cutting the pills in half or by diluting them into water in the past 3 days. It made my head feel really strange, as if 5HTP got right up into the very corners of the left side of my brain. After I drank water after I took a pill, my head was literally throbbed, but it wasn't painful. This is the kind of throbbing that I fear one day I would wake up out of sleep and I would be screaming in agony because of a wretched pain in my head. I would recommend eating two bananas before ever taking 5HTP unless you have a serotonin deficiency.
