PolyBlog Post #3

So, I slept in again today, but not as bad. I actually pulled off the naps (I hit the snooze button a couple times) until I started watching Daily Planet. BAM, out like a light. I have no idea where or when this sleep came from, but 2 hours later, FUCK. Maybe a good thing because I don't think I would of went to Karate if it wasn't for sleeping in. I don't think I will be going to the other two classes this week so it's important that I got my ass off the couch so I didn't develop sitting sores and dead legs. I do yoga sitting positions to increase the blood flow after sitting for a long time, but regardless, the body wasn't meant to be like this.

The brainwave generator really worked, made me so comfy and relaxed. I didn't really go to sleep a couple times but I was in the in-between place for over half an hour so it was as good as a nap. I have another nap in another 3 hours. I can't really blast my alarm because I will wake up other people in the house. So naps when people are at sleeping are more difficult because I can't really rely on my alarm. I could use my headphones but they tend to fall off when I go to sleep.

I predict that the rest of my naps will go smoothly until later, then I will hit a wall. Who knows from there. My family doesn't really enjoy me doing this too much so it's not like I get any support. But I this is self exploration here, so I will march on!

I wish I had a robot that could wake me up and so forth.
